All prints are printed to order and will be processed as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order we aim to get all prints dispatched within 5-7 working days.

The delivery time and cost will depend on the print you have ordered. We are currently working on local delivey options with the possibility of collection from Courtyard Framing and Gallery which will speed up the delivey process for you and help reduce the price. We use Royal Mail for all our shipping, which takes place on the same day of printing. Please allow up to 5 working days. Packaging starts from £3.00 but is dependant on the size and weight of your item(s). Postage will be added to your basket when you checkout.

We take great care in printing and packaging the art work to avoid any possibility of damage. In the unlikely event that you do receive a print or canvas which appears to be damaged, please get in touch at the earliest possible time. If the item(s) are damaged, a full refund or exchange will be offered. Please note we must have been notified within 7 days and must have received the item(s) back in their original condition within 28 days.

We aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours. However if you don't receive a response from the website within this time frame you can send a direct email to art@sophiehollyhart.co.uk.
