If you would like to return a print please contact us beforehand. We should be notified within 7 days of receiving your print and the print(s) should be returned in their original condition within 28 days.

If you are returning your item(s) due to damage we can offer a full refund (not including postage). Alternatively, we can arrange for a new print will be sent out free of charge after receiving the damaged print(s).

Shipping costs will not be refunded, and it is your responsibility to ensure the print(s) are retuned safely within 28 days. We will not be held responsible for any item(s) lost in the post on their way back to us.

It is recommended that both prints and canvas's are returned in their original packaging to ensure they are safely returned.

Please note the above is subject to review upon assessing the 'damaged' print(s) after we have receive them.
